The aim of this course is to prepare mountaineers for becoming potential Instructors.
Besides theory, detailed practical training is also imparted to trainees by giving them sufficient opportunities to handle students under close supervision of NIM instructional staff on rock, snow and ice.
Trainees graded 'A' only in the Advance Mountaineering Course from NIM, HMI Darjeeling, JIM Pehalgam, ITBP training Auli, MAS Manali and SGMI, Gangtok are eligible for this course. |
