The Multipurpose Hall has been named as 'Gyan Hall' in the memory of late Brig Gyan Singh, the First Principal of NIM. It is equipped with Gymnasium equipment and a 10 mtr high indoor artificial climbing wall.
The wall has changeable holds which provides interesting and challenging climbing in a safe and controlled environment all the year round. Presently it is the largest indoor climbing wall in the hills of India.
The Hall also has a badminton court, basket ball court and indoor tennis court, which can be used as and when required.
